Campoli Custom Builds Inc. is a custom home building and renovation company based in Barrie, Ontario, serving Barrie, Simcoe County, and the Greater Toronto Area.

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes: learning about our work, requesting a quote, and contacting us. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information in our forms
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site
• Scrape, copy, or republish site content at scale, or use automated tools to access the site other than ordinary search engine indexing

Information on the site, including project photos, descriptions of past work, and any figures or examples, is general information about our business. It is not an offer, and it is not a quote for your project.

Any estimate or quote we provide, through the site, by phone, or in person, is preliminary until confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties. Real projects depend on site conditions, drawings, permits, material selections, and scope, and pricing is only fixed by that written agreement.

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that everything on it is complete, current, or error-free.

When you submit a form or quiz on the site, you confirm the information you provide is accurate, and you consent to Campoli Custom Builds Inc. contacting you about your inquiry by phone, email, and text message.

Text messaging terms: message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Our handling of your phone number is described in our Privacy Policy; mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing.

You can withdraw your consent to any of our communications at any time by using the unsubscribe or STOP mechanisms provided or by contacting us directly.

The site and its content, including text, photographs of our projects, graphics, logos, and layout, belong to Campoli Custom Builds Inc. or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. “Campoli Custom Builds” and our logo are our trademarks.

The site uses third-party tools for advertising measurement and analytics, described in our Privacy Policy, and may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties, and a link is not an endorsement.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the site, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Content on the site is general information about our business and is not professional, engineering, or legal advice for your specific project.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Campoli Custom Builds Inc. and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars ($100 CAD). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these terms limits either party's rights under a separate signed services agreement.

You agree to indemnify Campoli Custom Builds Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Our collection and use of personal information through the site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute relating to the site will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about use of the site. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
