Open-Concept Conversions & Structural Changes
Removing load-bearing walls to create open-concept living is one of the most impactful changes a home can undergo. We work with structural engineers, obtain the required permits, and execute the beam installation and interior restoration to the same standard as new construction.
Additions & Extensions
When a home needs more space — an additional bedroom, a primary suite, a larger main floor — we design and build additions that integrate seamlessly with the existing structure. Roofline, cladding, and interior finishes are matched so the addition reads as part of the original home.

Vision & Assessment
We tour your home, listen to your goals, and complete a full structural and systems assessment. This gives us an honest picture of what is possible, what is worth preserving, and what needs to go.
Design & Permits
Architectural and engineering drawings are coordinated. Permits are applied for across all applicable scopes — structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing — before a single wall comes down.
Multi-Phase Construction
Work is sequenced strategically to minimize disruption. Structural work and systems rough-in come first, followed by interior finishes, and finally exterior and landscape coordination.
Final Walkthrough & Handover
Every room, every system, and every finish is reviewed before you walk through with us. We do not consider a transformation complete until the result matches the vision you brought to us on day one.
