Our Basement Renovation Process
Assessment & Planning
We evaluate your basement's existing conditions — ceiling height, moisture, load-bearing points, and existing rough-ins — and build a scope of work around what is possible and what will last.
Framing & Insulation
Walls are framed, insulation is installed to current Ontario building code, and egress windows are cut and set if the layout requires them for legal occupancy.
Plumbing & Electrical
Rough-in plumbing for wet bars, bathroom additions, or laundry areas is completed. Electrical panels are assessed and upgraded if needed, and all wiring is inspected before walls close.
Finishing & Final Inspection
Drywall, painting, flooring, pot lights, cabinetry, and all finishing details are completed. A final permit inspection is scheduled before your walkthrough.
